Stuart Beadle

Trust Governor

Role: Premises/Oversee Careers Provider Policy

I love seeing young people giving their all, with enthusiasm and doing well.  That is why I have enjoyed being a Reepham High School Governor for over twenty years and a Chair for five years.  During this time I am particularly proud of the students, staff, parents and all those involved with the School.  This enabled the team to bid for, design, build, staff, and recruit the students for the sixth form.  This has made the School and College the success it is today.  Among many other things, the new field was also purchased and the wind turbine installed during this time.

I am a bricklayer by trade, I took O and A levels at evening classes before graduating at the UEA in International Politics.  I became employed in the Damp-proofing and Timber Treatment industry before starting the family business in that sector, and I still am a Company Director.  I have also been a Broadland District Councillor for over twenty years, most of the period for the Reepham Ward.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
