Tell us if someone is bullying you.  If we know about it we can help. Do not worry about telling us and do not suffer in silence.

 

If you are being bullied or if you know someone who is being bullied you can:

talk to your tutor

talk to your Head/Assistant Head of Key Stage

talk to another member of staff

talk to your parents

Some kinds of bullying

Using your body - pushing, kicking, taking someone’s belonging, being violent

Using words – name-calling, making threats, making unpleasant or rude comments

Being unfriendly – refusing to talk to someone, gossiping, spreading rumours

Cyber bullyingsending bullying messages by text, phone calls, video-clips, email; using Facebook, Twitter or website to spread rumours or to make unpleasant comments.
