Lisa Cannell

Trust Governor

Role: Safeguarding

We recently relocated back to Norfolk and were thrilled that our boys were accepted into Reepham High School. We have been very impressed with the quality of teaching, level of pastoral care and how the school has responded to any questions we have had as a new family.

I have worked in education for over 24 years in a variety of roles including classroom teacher, Deputy Head and Headteacher in state, independent and international schools. Although my experience is firmly based in teaching and leading across the primary phase, I have predominantly worked in schools catering to students aged between 3 and 18 years of age and, as a member of whole school SLTs, have played an active role in ensuring success within the secondary as well as primary sectors.

As a Governor, I want to play my part in supporting the school to ensure that all students at RHS are provided with the best possible environment to maximise their growth each and every day.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
