Transferring from Primary

We are in the process of writing to all parents of Year 7 pupils due to start at RHSC in September 2020. The letter will inform parents of their child's tutor & tutor group as well as inviting both parent and child to meet their tutor between 3.45 and 7pm on Thursday 3rd September.

To help pupils and parents through the transition, there are a number of opportunities to learn about Reepham High School.

The process has been carefully thought out to ensure that the transfer is as smooth and pleasant as possible, however, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we have obviously had to adapt this.

Letter From Mr Edgar >>

May/June 2020 A video has been produced to replace a senior member of staff visiting the primary schools in the evenings to meet the parents of Year 6 pupils and outline the main issues they need to be aware of.
Pupils from non-feeder schools

Normally Mr Edgar visits all pupils on an individual basis, who are joining the school. Although time consuming we feel it is particularly important for these pupils to hear about the school and be reassured that they will find friends and settle in. However, as he is unable to do this this year he has recorded a video of his talk.

Year 6 Induction Evening: Thursday 3rd September 2020

Transferring pupils and their parents are invited to school to meet their child's form tutor for the first time.
Year 6 Induction Days 2020: Cancelled

Unfortunately we are unable to run the induction days this year.

Settling in evening October 2020

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises ten Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
