Transferring from Primary

To help pupils and parents through the transition, there are a number of opportunities to learn about Reepham High School.

The process has been carefully thought out to ensure that the transfer is as smooth and pleasant as possible, however, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we have obviously had to adapt this.

Letter From Mr Edgar to the Parents' of Year 7 2020 (For reference only) >>

May/June 2021 Hopefully, if normality has been resumed, a senior member of staff will visit the primary schools in the evenings to meet parents of Year 6 pupils and outline the main issues they need to be aware of. For Sept 2020 a video was produced to replace this visit.
Pupils from non-feeder schools

Normally Mr Edgar visits all pupils on an individual basis, who are joining the school. Although time consuming we feel it is particularly important for these pupils to hear about the school and be reassured that they will find friends and settle in. However, if he is unable to do this a video presentation will be put in place.

Year 6 Induction Evening: Wednesday 7 July 2021

Transferring pupils and their parents are invited to school to meet their child's form tutor for the first time.
Year 6 Induction Days 2021: Friday 9th & Monday 12th  July 2021.

Transferring pupils join us, meet their Form Tutor and future class mates.  They will follow a sample timetable which enables them to get the feel of life at RHSC.

Settling in evening October 2021
