Nikki Warne

Vice Chair/Parent Governor

I am delighted to be taking on one of the Parent Governor roles at a school that is committed to supporting all pupils and working hard to helping all of them achieve to their very best.  I was brought up in Dorset and have lived in Reepham for over 20 years. My daughter has been through the RHSC system and my son is currently a student at the school.  I fully support the values of the school including the belief that every single student is entitled to teaching and learning at the highest level and calibre.

I worked within the NHS at senior management level for many years, and now work across a number of public sector areas as an internal auditor.  There have been many challenging times but I remain committed to the public sector and the values that it holds.  I hope to use my skills to support RHSC in being the very best it can - the students, the staff and the Headteacher.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
